For NPR Morning Edition:
At StoryCorps, I partner with cities, states, and organizations across the country to tell their communities' stories and illuminate the poignant moments of everyday life. We archive everything at the Library of Congress so it can be listened to generations to come. A number of stories from these collaborations have been featured on NPR's Morning Edition. Innocence Project:
I'm proud to have worked on Stories of Freedom: A Community Archive of Freed and Exonerated Voices.
This collaboration between StoryCorps and the Innocence Project reflects the grace, humor, warmth, and resilience of those who have been wrongfully convicted and the people who stood by them.
Our work won a Telly Award and was an official selection of the Tribeca X Festival.
Written & Directed by Me
I've developed multiple shows that weave together storytelling, poetry, and music.
In 2018 I premired "Love Letters" a show about my experience working in the Correspondence Department of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign. This show won me a fellowship at the Eugene O'Neil Theatre Center.
In 2019, I premiered "10 Things That Scare Me" exploring my own personal experience with anxiety and the societal anxiety in the Trump era.
In 2023, I debuted the first of a 4-show cycle dedicated to the four seasons through sound, poetry, and dance. These pieces are centered around the Winter and Summer solstices and the spring and fall equinoxes.
The Constitution: A Secular Oratorio

I assistant directed "The Constitution" at Vertical Players Repertory Company in Brooklyn. This piece set the words of the Constitution to music and featured a large ensemble of both professional singers and community members.
Into the Woods in Concert
I had the privilege of assisting legendary Musical Director John McDaniel in a concert production of Into the Woods featuring Broadway performers Alice Ripley, Melissa Errico, Alan Murouka, Ali Ewoldt and more.
COVID-19 American History Project
Since 2023, I've spearheaded the COVID-19 American History Project, a collaboration between StoryCorps and the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress. This congressionally funded initiative is dedicated to preserving and sharing stories of Americans’ experiences with the COVID-19 pandemic, with a particular focus on frontline workers.
We've recorded hundreds of stories of courage, sacrifice, perseverance, compassion, and innovation from people across the country. Listen to the full collection here.
Abortion in America

I'm always interested in finding ways to tell complex stories with nuance and compassion.
That's why I'm proud to have worked with Abortion in America, a national effort to support storytelling that shows the impact of abortion bans on people’s lives.
This project was headed by longtime advocate and the former president of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards, whom I had the honor of colaborating with before her passing.
